Motivational Wax up.

Without preparation of teeth. The design is carried out by the additive method (ie we only add up to 1 mm in volume). To make a presentation for a patient, we use a Mock-Up which is made by transferring from a silicone matrix.


Preparation Wax up.

With partial preparation of teeth. The design is performed by the additive method or within the anatomy of the patient's teeth. To transfer this Wax Up with the help of Mock Up, it is mandatory to do the preparation of the teeth to be marked in the project.

Functional / Ideal Wax up.

The design is made in an ideal aesthetic and functional position in which prototypes of new teeth can be made. We focus only on the width of the root. Or without focusing on the roots if the implantological solution of this project provided. Changing the contour of the gums is possible in case of planned surgical treatment.

The design of a base of dental bridges or a single crown, which is used for the production of ceramic or zirconium restoration under full or partial facing with ceramic mass.

The design of a base of full anatomical construction, mainly for milling of zirconium dioxide or lithium disilicate (or any other material), whose shape corresponds to the form of continuous work, and does not require facing, but only painting or polishing.

We use more than 300 types of libraries while modelling and select individual tooth shape in special cases.

The veneer is mainly modelled on anterior teeth or vestibular group of posterior teeth, in order to change the shape or colour of the teeth. Aesthetics are achieved with the right selection of tooth shapes, using more than 300 different teeth libraries!

We create a project that, depending on the wishes of the customer (either under full anatomy and subsequent glazing, or under partial or full facing), allows to create a design that meets all international requirements for implant prosthetics.

We take into account individual features and have experience with many different implant systems.

There is a solid construction on the upper or lower jaw with screw fixation on the implants, which has two options: the first one is a reinforced construction with a metal (titanium) beam (then includes the design of the beam), the second one is not reinforced full anatomical construction of the suprastructure. We also design bases all in 4 under the full or partial facing.
